Ingredients: ‏‏ -2 cups all-purpose flour -1 tsp salt -3 large eggs -2 tbsp olive oil -Semolina flour (for dusting) ‏‏ ‏‏ ‎Steps: ‏‏ 1. Form a mound of 2 cups of flour on a surface, make a well, and add 3 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt. 2. Gradually mix with a fork and knead into dough. 3. Knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth, adjust with flour or water if needed. 4. Wrap and let rest for 1-3 hours. 5. Divide into 4 pieces, roll to ¼ inch thick, and cut into desired shapes. Dust with semolina. 6. Cook immediately or freeze for later use.
